This product is really good. Like it says in between 6 to 12 hours. It will work and it's gentle.

Carve out some time because this stuff works. I took this on Saturday afternoon, around 3pm. 4am Sunday the cleansing began and continued for a while. These are by far the best pills for digestion to me. I have tried others and this is the best. I tried prune juice at first and didnt get the results needed, however, I found these and I took 2 for a few months and realized with 3 they TRULY get the job done! If you are backed up, constipated, or just want a great bowel movement or a few, take these. Great as a detox too. It helps cleanse and pull all of what you have inside of your intestines out!
