As Tony the Tiger would say, "They're grrrrrreat!" Great value and functionality.
Great product. Great Value.I ordered two of these, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. Both products function excellently. We have mostly hard floors with some large area rugs downstairs, so the mopping feature gets a much better workout there, but upstairs has a couple bathrooms and bedrooms, so it has a mix, with mostly carpet.I am pleased with the performance of both of the vacuum/mop units. My only real gripes would be that it could be a little smarter about working its way under furniture it can't get out from (fixed by marking it on the map, but it seems kind of silly to have to go and mark it) and it would be nice if there was a low water or almost full dirty tank warning, instead of the empty/full notification you get. Not the end of the world, but it would make maintenance easier. The vacuum does a good job picking up the crumbs, dirt, and hair (we have three dogs, a cat, and two sons) and it feels like the mop actually does something. We had a combo unit previously, and it had a pad that sort of vibrated. When you watched it going around, you could see where the floor was wet and where it wasn't. With this unit, the wet trails overlap ever so slightly.I can't speak to its durability, but these have been the best solution for our house. If you are so inclined, they can do multiple maps for different floors, but I didn't want to have to remember to move them around. The whole idea is to have light cleaning done for you that you don't have to do much with, so getting two units seemed like the best solution.

Fantastic- worth every penny
I've had this a few weeks now and decided I would write my review after several runs. I purchased this robovac after a lot of research and reading reviews. It is on the pricer side, a definite splurge item for me in this economy, but I purchased on prime day and saved a good bit of money. I wanted to be able to run it while I was at work so I could come home to clean floors. I have a baby that is now crawling and as a full time working mom, I do not have time to break out my bulky vacuum and get the entire house multiple times per week- especially when I only have the hours between 5-7:30 due to her bedtime routine, meals, etc. I was pleasantly surprised to see this one was both a vacuum and mop, was self emptying, great suction power, and uses an app with a lot of customization options. I think you have to be realistic about what this thing can actually do- it will not replace your big vacuum. Obviously it can't get every nook and cranny, but it does work really well. I doubt it would hold the 60 days of debris/water in the take, I don't clean every day so I can't test that theory. I was pretty skeptical that it would check all of my boxes and be the miracle it's claimed to be, but below is what I found after several weeks of use.Pros:-Mapping with the app was pretty simple. I didn't think at first it got an accurate map, but it turns out that it did.-Great suction power- it gets up almost everything on the floors. I've run into a few odd pieces of trash (grass, etc) it might have missed, but not very often.-Self emptying- I've used for several times without emptying, although i highly doubt it would hold for 60 days. I only run mine 2-3 times a week then do a pass with my big vac once a week on the weekend.-Create no go zones- have two or 3 things in the house that have like rails that sit on the floor (an ottoman and a baby bouncer) it gets stuck on. I do those as no go zones and have no problem.-Create multiple routines in the app- I have one for just vac for the whole house, one for both, and I may create one just to do my high traffic areas like my hallway from the carport and my kitchen.Cons:-For the price, it should come with at least a container of sample cleaning solution. This has been my biggest pet peeve so far. It came with nothing and there was no note anywhere on Amazon saying that it would not. Most products of this nature do and if you use any other solutions it voids the warranty. At least give me a warning to order the solution when I buy the vacuum.-I think the pattern can be weird sometimes- like going horizontal in hallways instead of just the length of the hall. It does part of my hall horizontal, part longways.-When you mop and vac- this takes mine about 3.5 hours total to do my entire house. For reference I'm at about 2,200 sq ft. About a hour of that 3.5 hours was to charge it to finish the job. This doesn't really bother me all that much since I usually run it if I'm not at home, but I was a little surprised at how long that took. It can vacuum that amount of area without charging though, so this I think it due to going back to the dock to dump mop water.-The app has A LOT of features in it, and it has been and continues to be a learning curve for me but the robovac I had before didn't use mapping either much less have so many customization options. I don't think the app is super user friendly but I also don't think it's horrible either.Overall, I'm very pleased with the product. It has been my best buy of 2024 so far. I have a 10 month old that is crawling and in to everything so this helped me achieve my goal of being able to vacuum/mop multiple times a week for her and it also makes me happy to come home to clean floors. I highly recommend, I just advise that you be reasonable about your expectations.

Finally, a robovac that actually WORKS!
After a disenchanting experience with an early-model Roomba that got stuck on everything and died after only 3 months--and identical results with 3 other brands of robot vacs--I feel like I've finally found a robovac that works the way a vacuum should. I love my Qrevo S!THE GOOD:1. Setup was easy once I got comfortable with the idea of allowing the Roborock app to have location access. Apparently, it's only needed for setup because I've since turned it off, and it's still working fine. Camera access is not necessary at all if you don't use the QR code for setup.2. The vacuum function is very quiet (and mopping is virtually silent). No matter the mode, we can comfortably hold a conversation right next to it. After dinner, we just lift our feet and keep chatting while it sucks up crumbs for us. It's been great!3. It doesn't bump into or get stuck on ANYTHING. As long as you keep the sensors clean, you can pretty much set it and go. I have hardwood flooring, tile, washable area rugs, a regular area rug, a padded rubber mat, high transition strips, and a cat tree with a carpeted base, and this guy can handle all of it. If a cat throws a toy in front of it (or refuses to get out of its way), it'll just go around. In fact, from the very first day, our cats have been completely unphased by our Qrevo S, even when it kicks into a higher suction mode.4. It doesn't suck up the edges of area rugs. That was a major problem with other brands of robovac, and the curling that resulted became a trip hazard. Not so with the Qrevo! It seems to instinctively know when to lift its little butt to get up onto thicker surfaces, and when to turn down the suction on thin mats, so the edges of all my area rugs are still nice and flat.5. That first post-vac "slurp" is so satisfying! This is my first robovac with an auto-emptying base, and I'll never go back. I'm not sure if it found a lot of dirt that my regular vac missed, or if it was just inflating the debris bag for the first time, but the "whump" sound delighted me to giggles...because that was the moment I realized I wouldn't have to handle a dustbin. I will never, ever use another vacuum that doesn't empty itself.6. You can adjust the amount of water the mop uses in each room. This is key when you're mopping hardwood and tile flooring in the same run.7. You can set the unit to avoid mopping transition strips. We have wooden strips that are pressed in place but not glued or sealed, so this function is super important for us. A word of warning: you have to tell the app where the transition strips are. If you don't, the unit will straddle the strip and attempt to wash it, using the water volume you set for the current floor. So if you're mopping a tile floor that transitions to a wood floor, it will wash your transition strip and several inches of the wood floor with too much water.8. The mop works with distilled water. We have very hard water, so I was worried about mineral damage, but the unit works great with distilled.9. It only takes seconds to rinse out the dirty water tank. I had heard horror stories about how funky dirty water tanks can get, but this unit is so easy to dump and rinse after every washing that it hasn't been a problem.THE BAD:1. The recommended floor cleaner contains tea tree oil, which is highly toxic to cats. There are no other approved cleaning solutions.2. The mop leaves little pee spots in its path. There aren't very many of them, but there is enough volume in each one to be a potential problem on wood floors if they're left to seep in.3. The Lidar sensor is so tall that the unit can't fit under most furniture. This is the one and only thing cheap robovacs do better.4. It doesn't mop all the way to the wall. It does a great job of vacuuming to the edge of the room, but on this model the mop heads don't get all the way there.5. The mop pads lift up when traveling over area rugs, but not enough. The wet pads will clear thin mats and washable rugs, but will drag across regular rugs, leaving a damp trail behind (and without a cat-safe surfactant at work, it's basically dragging mud across the rug. Ew!)THE UGLY:1. I'm going to say it again, because it's a legitimate problem: The recommended floor cleaner contains tea tree oil, which is highly toxic to cats. There are no other approved cleaning solutions. There are so many more great things to say about the Qrevo S, but other reviewers have covered those features well enough that they don't need to be said again. Overall, I'm thrilled with my Qrevo S, and I would absolutely recommend it to others. Five stars and two thumbs up!
