I very rarely leave reviews as I haven’t got the time. But these tablets are absolutely amazing and next to nothing I have tried before! I have found back clarity of mind, I am way more happy and positive , i have much more energy to the point that i go to bed and I don’t want to sleep!, and it’s been almost a week that i managed to stick to my diet and all this in the middle of one of the worst crisis in our life! I’ve been using these supplements for a month now and thought I would give them a fair chance before reviewing them. Having read the other reviews before purchasing them they seem to work well for a variety of people. Personally I found they took at least 2 weeks before I noticed any difference in my symptoms. They haven’t made much of a difference to my fatigue sadly but as I’m borderline anaemic I would have been surprised if they had done anything for that. I have however found my mood more stable especially mid cycle and during my period which has been a very welcome bonus to the tablets. My skin also hasn’t broken out in spots the way it was doing previously. I’ve ordered further months supply to see if they have any further impact.

These have really helped with my peri menopause symptoms . A work colleague recommend I try these and now I tell other people about them ! Takes about 3-4 weeks to notice a difference , I started feeling better after 3 weeks . Same price as health food shops , I will definitely order again . I found these to be really helpful in terms of how I felt, reducing my feelings of anxiety and mood fluctuations before my period. Unfortunately for me they really upset my stomach and this did not settle down despite me taking them for a long period. Eventually had to accept defeat and stop taking them.

These pills very quickly got rid of my night sweats! Even if it's the only symptom relief I benefit from taking them I will continue to take as my sleep quality is a lot better , not waking up with soaking hair etc in the night it's worth buying these pills! Highly recommend!
