Peppermint Oil Insect & Pest Control Spray – 16oz Natural Plant-Based Bug Killer for Spiders, Ants, Flies, and Other Insects, Safe for Home & Kitchen Use

I bought this hoping to keep the stink bug population away from my doors and windows this fall. They haven't started showing up yet but I've given the outside of my doors and windows, the framing etc a good soaking with this spray and I haven't seen so much as a fly on my window screens, lol. Will continue to use weekly as I live in the south and generally have warmer/milder temps through fall and winter.The scent is not overpowering to me. I used it outdoors but I can smell it - it's nice. NOT using it indoors because I have a Mr. Cat and these types of products are generally not safe for cats (most essential oil are toxic to cats). I'm just hoping to keep the stinky bugs away from my living space. So far I like it and if it keeps the bugs away I will buy again as needed.

This is an amazing and effective product. It is important that our family uses more organic and non toxic sprays. This seems to do the trick. Bugs seem to have a natural aversion to this product. And, it is a deterrent in the areas where it has been sprayed. I noticed that the product does need to be reapplied every 4 to 5 days. The product has an almost pleasant smell. It smells like spearmint gum.

I’ve been using the VermExon Peppermint Oil spray around my house to keep ants and spiders away, and it actually does the job pretty well. The scent is strong at first—like straight peppermint gum—but it fades after a while and leaves things smelling fresh. I like that it’s a natural option without harsh chemicals since I have kids and pets.It’s not a permanent solution—you do need to reapply it every few days or after cleaning—but I’d rather do that than spray toxic stuff indoors. Works best as a deterrent, not a “kill-on-contact” spray.Overall, it’s a good natural repellent if you want something safe and easy to use.

Smells nice and minty, but the bugs don't care, they remain. The bottle is smaller than it looks and the sprayer leaks when I use it. Have it three stars for the pleasant smell and -2 because it doesn't really work (even after shaking well.. Use a rag.. It leaks)

Seems to work well so far, I like that it is plant based and won’t hurt my animals or people! The smell is good too!

I ordered this product in hopes to eliminate ants that were coming into my kitchen from the outside and I didn't want to use chemicals to achieve this. I wiped down my counters and inside my cabinets and in no time the ants were gone. The peppermint scent is pleasant and not overpowering. I will absolutely continue to use this product and recommend it to my family and friends.

I could not recommend this stuff more. I went right back and bought the 128 fl. oz. size! We were inundated with love bugs this year in Florida. When I called the pest control provider ("expert"), they said there was nothing to be done, they were seasonal and airborne. I tried this stuff and was amazed! I sprayed it on doorways, the screendoors and walls and the bushes outside the bugs were making their home in. It knocked them out of the air in mid flight. It made the bushes uninhabitable for them. It knocked them off the walls by the dozen. And no harsh chemicals! Just the pleasant smell of peppermint. It really did the job. I have significantly less respect for the pest control "experts". If they don't know about this stuff, they aren't doing their jobs right.

It seems to have worked. I don’t see any more flying insects around the plants.
