I love this little charger! In spite of what some of the reviews say, I find it attaches very well to my watch. In fact, I find my watch stays attached better than it does to the original charger. I doubt that your watch would stay attached very well if you let it hang from the charger, but that seems like an unrealistic expectation anyway. What I like about the charger: 1) I can charge my watch on it anywhere, without having it tethered to a cord. That means my watch is always with me - I can carry it to whatever room I'm in and not have it in the other room charging. 2) It seems to charge as quickly as the original charger the watch came with. 3) The charger fully charges my watch at least 3x before I have to plug the charger in to power. 4) Love that it's portable: It's small, so I can carry the charger in my purse if I forget to charge my watch in the evening. And when I'm traveling for just a day or two, I can go without having to remember to bring the wired charger. 5) It's attractive so I don't mind having it laying out. There's nothing I don't love about this charger. I like it so much, I got a few for gifts for my family. It's an exceptional value just for the convenience of not having to use the wired charger all the time.

I bought these for my Apple Watch because late in the day I found that it was running out of juice. Have only had for 2 weeks, but works great for apple watch. My daughter's apple watch won't last the entire day, so she clips this into her school bag and just puts her watch on it when it gets low.
