Tastes good, and I’m sure it has the creatine and does it’s job.Only downsides are price, and the fact that it gives me breakouts. I normally never have acne, but when I started taking this, I started to breakout on my forehead. Then when I stopped taking it, I stopped getting acne. Unfortunate that these are the outcomes

The taste was like candy but that's not why I bought them. They give you so much energy and endurance and I was able to walk a 5k suddenly.I am going to try another brand for cost efficiency but if all cost were equal then I would use this forever.
