Got these after reading a studyt where this helped reduce suger uptake. Didn't work for me.

Good product!

No side effects so far, since taking for a week. I will update stars after 3 months checking my A1C. I do take psyllium husk half an hour before meal and then these supplements I do take berberine and chromium picolante along with it. The goal is to bring my A1C below 5.5 .

I’m writing a review based on my research (Dr. Axe) great Dr., specialist in Medical Herbal. White Mulberry is very good in supporting A1C levels as well Glucoses levels. Also helps with blood pressure, helps to reduce weight, helps with Cholesterol levels, many things that our body needs. Also some others Doctors in the website says that according to other sources White Mulberry is number one. My dear Brother was diagnosed as Pre-diabetic and I’ll give it to him as a good gift. His glucose levels are not alarming high; also his Dr., didn’t prescribe anything just lower his weight, exercise, and I bet, with this supplement he will improve 100% and Bye bye pre-diabetic. Hopefully anyone can understand my opinion my point of view about Mulberry. Thanks for posting my review. للأسف ليس لديها اي فايده خساره مصاريف ومن يقول انها تفيد كاذب التعليقات كاذبه اكتب هذا لاني ندمان على شرائها اشتريت قبلها ماركه مختلفه وكانت أرخص وافادتني جدا بس كان عيبها انها تحتوي علي جلاتين الماركه السابقه .واشتريت هذه الماركه وغاليه لانها نباتيه ولاكنها لم تفدني بي اي شئ المنتج الداخل ليس اوراق التوت الابيض ربما حناء او شى اخر لاتنخدع وتشتري
