Well woven, finished edges
I love this cheesecloth! I use it to cover my dough while proofing, and it’s perfect.It’s light, well woven and has finished edges.For how delicate the weave appears, it seems quite strong, holding up to wringing out without distorting or tearing. I didn’t wrench or twist it super tight, but did wring out excess moisture after wetting it.Highly recommend!

I haven’t made cheese but I did strain chicken stock and after rinsing and using one wash/dry cycle (SpeedQueen PFS) the molecular structure doesn’t seem to have changed under microscope
