I am extremely happy with this pizza oven. I've tried the ooni, I've tried pizza stones, I tried different recipes but nothing has given me is good a pizza as a ninja pizza oven. I highly recommend this product anything else I say will just be fluff this is a great pizza oven and a very reasonable price compared to what else is on the market.

UPDATE 5/27: Through additional trial and error, we have found that canned refrigerated pizza dough that is sold in the grocery store (usually with the biscuits and cinnamon rolls) makes PERFECT pizza every time and it is already rolled! You just have to unroll it and add your toppings.** This is a great pizza oven that is mid-sized and gets extremely hot. Here are some thoughts after using it a couple of times:1) I was a bit disappointed to find that this did not come with the peel (the thing with the handle you use to insert and remove the pizza) so that had to be ordered separately.2) Unless you are very familiar with making homemade pizzas, this is quite a project to get from making dough to the finished product. The booklet does offer quite a few options and recipes.3) Getting the right pizza takes practice, as it has to be the right thickness to cook properly. We had some attempts that were cooked on the outside but raw in the middle due to not getting the dough rolled thin enough.4) This cooks an entire pizza in about 3 minutes-which is impressive and great for larger families or even parties to get large batches out in a short amount of time.5) There are options-again, the book does a good job of walking you through the types, such as deep dish, regular, and even some gluten-free tips. There is also a deep dish pan that is included in this set.6) This is HOT, as in 600 degrees so it is best suited to either be used outdoors or on a safe surface that can accommodate high temps. We put ours near the grill on the patio.7) As you will see from the attached photo, we finally got a good BBQ Chicken pizza that tasted just like you would get at a restaurant despite the odd shape which was a result of me not being too familiar with dough rolling (yet). It had that brick oven taste and was SO FAST to make once it went into the oven.This is an easy to use and straightforward oven that performed well. I'm sure with more practice it will be easier, but for the price you won't find anything else this compact that does the same job other than a huge pizza oven that are very expensive. Do keep in mind that it takes about 20 minutes to reach the appropriate temp and must be cooled and cleaned after. I think it is a great pizza oven and I'm looking forward to trying more recipes and variations in the near future. I am rating this 4 stars because it doesn't really come "ready to use" without the purchase of the additional pizza peel, and it is a bit more complex and difficult to use when compared to something simple like an air fryer appliance.
