Disappointed in Delaware

When it got delivered some of the plastics were cracked and my little girl rode it twice and now it won't start. I've been riding and around bikes my entire life. Never had a brand new bike with so many problems. Purchased a protection plan but no where in my account can I find one but my bank statement said otherwise. Very disappointed. So now I'm out all the money with a sad little girl that can't ride her bike
