Wooden Side Handle with 1/4''-20 Screws, Max. Load 15kg/33lbs, Up and Down Adjustable, for Left or Right Hand

I like this handle a lot. It's sturdy and built to last. It's swap-able to left or right side. You can also switch which side the tightening knob is on. May seem like a tiny thing but when rigging different cameras for different tasks, being able to swap it around is super useful. I prefer wooden over metal or rubber coated metal. All metal handles get hot in the summer and cold in the winter when shooting outside. Wooden handles are always comfy no matter the weather. Rubber coated handles can be nice at first but almost always break down and get gross after a lot of use.

I film weddings and this handle comes in clutch and helps make holding my camera all day easier and more comfortable. I have smaller hands so I was a little worried it wouldn't be comfortable but I've been pleasantly surprised.

First off I have to say, I freaking love this handle!! I completely like that you can use it on either side of the camera plus on top of that it is adjustable up and down. It has a very solid cold shoe mount on top of it that easily holds light panels, mics or even monitors without flexing or making you feel it will come loose. Another goodie it has is a built in compartment on the top to hold the Allen wrench securely with two magnets. This Allen wrench is used to adjust the handle height and it can be used to tighten the thumb screws if you want. An added bonus to the Allen wrench is that it will work on other SmallRig items so you can use it across the board. I am definitely going to buy one more if not two more for my other cameras.

So glad I bought this. It’s the first thing I put on my camera when it comes out of the bag when traveling. It's worth the price due to its build quality and comfort. You’ll also look like a person with an abundance of class, sophistication, and good taste while using it, and can one really put a price on that? No, I think not, my friend.

I wish it came in 3/4 of its current size. This thing is massive next to a mirrorless crop sensor camera. However, offers amazing stability. Little expensive for what it is, but I understand paying towards the niche product and the R&D to get it on the market. Would buy again

I bought 2 of these handles for my BMPCC 4K camera rig so that I have smooth hand held videos.

Been using it with my Canon R7 which is incredibly small and light weight, but it doesn't have an easily available hand grip/battery holder. This serves the purpose well and it also fits well to my, Smallrig cage. The wooden handle is comfortable and adds just enough weight and grip to feel more stable when shooting macros.

Works great and looks cool with the timber component. Very ergonomic. Love this handle

Smallrig's customer service is incredible, and that's all I can really say. The handle is too, don't get me wrong- a lot in one package. But I love this company and they've been great to me. Get everything Smallrig and never look back!

This handle is perfect, comfortable to hold and solid build. The enclosed Allen key is a nice touch too.

One of the first things you should buy after the rig .. will change the way you shoot handheld .. very strong and steady .. fits small rig and tilta cage perfectly ..go for it you will need it for smooth handheld shooting ..
