These are excellent earplugs for sleeping. They block out a good amount of noise and are comfortable for sleeping in my ear. They came in a nice little box and with some different size replacement buds.

I used these ear plugs during my spin class, where the music and bass can get painfully loud. They worked perfectly, reducing the volume just enough to protect my ears while still letting me hear clearly. Comfortable and effective, they’re a great solution for loud environments. Appear to be well made, with the variety of fittings useful to ensure a good fit. They certainly reduce background noise and are similar to wearing in-ear headphones, but they're useless as a side-sleeper. The central lug pushes against my ear making them uncomfortable to wear, and every morning I wake up to find both plugs somewhere inside my bed rather than my ear. Even using the largest size fitting to maximise a snug fit makes no difference. Disappointing because I purchased these primarily for sleeping and to cancel out the 'morning chorus' of the birds in nearby trees!

I first tried these earplugs three months ago and was so impressed that I wanted to purchase them again for my wife.
