Easy to assemble, storage adequate and comfortable to sit on !

This was a bit of an odd one. I've bought numerous Keter products in the past including an XL storage box and a shed. We recently had a wood burner installed and so got this to move some bits out of the storage box so that could be used to store wood.We were disappointed to find, after putting it together, that the arm was broken. We couldn't be certain that it didn't arrive that way ( we put it together in the dark outside in autumn) but what was clear was that the plastic was very brittle. The storage part leaked the first rain it experienced. I contacted the seller and they offered to send a replacement arm. They suggested we take it apart first so that we knew exactly what else might be broken and they could send us everything in one go. We waited for a dry day and started to dismantle it, only to find that pretty much every bit we touched broke.I contacted the seller again and they offered to send us a whole new one. I wasn't sure but I thought we might as well try given the seller had highlighted that it was under warranty if that one too was found to be faulty.I'm pleased to say that the new one has gone together perfectly, looks great and is no where near as brittle as the first one.I'm not sure what was wrong with the first one and can only assume it might have been an older one or one which has been kept in either too hot or too cold conditions and it's broken. But I'm really pleased we persevered and I'm really grateful for the help of the seller in getting us there. Definitely a company we would use again.

The bench was very nice colour and sturdy the problem was it was slightly damaged on two or three parts where the click in parts were broken when it was built it still held so I decided to keep it but I was quite disappointed if the bench was intact it would have been perfect

I struggled to assemble the bench and managed to break one of the last items!! Supplier sent replacement arm very quickly so all is aok now.Generally we are very happy with the bench. I recommend purchase to anyone- just both.the arms have to be stretched over .

Needs a cushion to be truly comfy but strong and sturdy I am a 25 stone man and it takes my weight without issuesstorage is good make sure lid is fully down or can let water in but that would be common sense

I bought three of these benches, I had two old ones from you and they were great, and fully waterproof. These three are dreadful, they are flimsy and let in water we have had to clear out all our cushions and most were mouldy, I will be sending them to my local recycling centre as they are of no use to anyone. All I wanted was a bit of an up date and as we have a tiny house I use them for storage. I am so disappointed.

Arrived on time. Easy to assemble. Sturdy and fits in perfectly.
