Herbalife Prolessa Duo 7 Day Program - Net Wt. 2.6 oz

You are basically buying CLA in powder form and the brand. Although, I do love 2 of Herbalifes Formula 1 shakes, I know some important things need to be added like fiber for them not to be a complete waste. But I gotta say Prolessa Duo is a waste! You are basically paying for the name and powder form of the supplement CLA! Advice: go to any GNC or vitamin store and buy a bottle of CLA in 1,000mg or higher. It is recommended to take 3,000mg a day with one before each meal. I take 2 in the morning and 1 in the evening. Make sure it's made from safflower oil. Tada! Cheaper than spending close to a hundred for the exact supplement! Learned this from a dietician. ;) I usually hit up the sales on CLA when they have the buy one get one free at my local grocery store or GNC!

I have use this product before and I love it but this time it arrived with a film of some other product on the outside of the container which I was completely disgusted by it was sticky and gross

It’s been a week since I’ve started it weighed myself today an I’ve lost 8lbs, don’t have a taste when mixed with the cookies & cream shake also I use vanilla almond milk to mix with my shake I love this product An will continue buying
