My house was built in 1984. The round handle used to turn the water on and off broke. Plumber tried to order. He went to the plumbing store but no luck finding a handle with correct fitting/threading. I went to local hardware stores and big box stores. Nothing. I found this, ordered. It is perfect solution! Three screws tighten to the fitting. Simple. Inexpensive. Saved me hundreds it would have cost to replace the whole spigot to solve this problem. Could not be happier with this purchase.

My house was built in 1964 and the handle for an outside faucet was lost sometime between winter and now. I looked at every replacement handle in every hardware store and couldn’t find any replacement. This works! Am so grateful to have found this product. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with getting the Mandle to fit on my water shut off value. I got Dan's (the inventor of the product) phone number off his website. I called Dan on Sunday afternoon my time, I live in Hawaii, Dan lives in Texas. I left Dan a message, he called me back within 30 minutes. He walked me though with his 40 years of plumbing experience what my options were to get the Mandle to fit. His recommendations on how to install the Mandle worked and it works great! What an incredible resource! I absolutely recommend this product and I'm writing this review to help others with my same problem and to hopefully help Dan get more business! THANK YOU SO MUCH DAN!

This needs a design update. The most obvious improvement would be to have 4 arms instead of 3, as only 1 arm lands on the flat surface of the valve stem. The other 2 are landing on corners, not ideal. But the most serious flaw is that none of the arms engages the stem UNLESS you're willing to grind down one side of the ring, resulting in the arms being lower. Because the stem is so short, this is the only way it mated. Take a look at the pictures, and you will see what I mean.

Not perfect but not fault of the Manhandle itself. Was able to finally cut off water at house, with modifications. Enlarged middle hole with drill bit to slide further down stem. Had to replace the screws with 10-24 x 1 1/4 bolts because there wasn't enough room to use the Allen head wrench. But afterwards, success!
