Great taste and quality.
Great flavor and servings-to-price ratio. Expected as such from this company. It dissolved fast with no weird aftertaste or grainy feel like most supplements. Goes down very smooth!

Meh 🫤
The only reason im giving 3 stars is bc the flavor is not sour at all more like extremely sweet watermelon candy taste. It does what it’s supposed to. Not a great value for your money, I paid extra for this flavor just to be disappointed with the taste . No energy boost

Contains Sucralose & Red Dye #40
This Rule One Essential Amino 9 powder is manufactured in the USA in a GMP-certified facility, which is a must for me. It has undergone banned substances testing by Informed Choice. It contains 7.5g of 9 essential amino acids, including 5g of BCAAs. In addition, it includes 500mg of electrolytes. It is free of stimulants and added sugar. However, I am not completely satisfied with the ingredients, which is why I am deducting a star. They use sucralose, which is an artificial sweetener, and Red Dye #40, which is unnecessary. The use of these ingredients will prevent me from purchasing this product in the future. I ordered the sour watermelon flavor which tastes like a watermelon Jolly Rancher candy and masks the unpleasant taste of the amino acids. It's a bit sweet for me so I add additional water. If you are new to amino acids, beware that they can send some people (including me) running to the restroom. It's a minor annoyance but typical with any product of this type in my case. At the suggested serving size of 1 scoop (11.5g) per day, this container of Essential Amino 9 powder will last for 30 days. At the current selling price of $23.99, it costs $0.80 per serving. The expiration date is 21 months in the future. I think it is important to learn as much as you can about a company and a supplement before taking it. There are a lot of bad supplements on the market that can be detrimental to your health. The supplement industry is not regulated so it is up to each person to fully research products before consuming them. According to internet search results, Rule One Proteins was founded in 2014. Rule One has an extensive website that is fully functional and well-developed. This particular product is offered for sale on the website. They are active on social media platforms and have 51K followers on Facebook. Rule One prints their address, phone number, and website right on the label. Google Maps shows a three-story commercial property with no signage on the building. The website offers a contact form and email address for customer support.

Messy, upset stomach, RED DYE #40?!
Packaging is professional and sturdy and the taste is nice enough for this kind of thing, kind of like a liquid Jolly Rancher. What I didn't like was 5 mins after drinking it I needed a bathroom break stat. Then I checked the ingredients to see that there's some needless red dye in it. For a 'health' supplement in 2025? Really not necessary or desirable so that first glass is my last glass. And you get the usual mess all over the counter when you open it, just like any other powder. Does need a vigorous stirring to get it to dissolve all the way so that's a mini arm workout in itself! If it doesn't upset your stomach and you don't care about the dye this might be for you. 30 servings for 20 bucks is pretty good value for money.
