Is the battery included or would I need to purchase one

Hi there battery doesn't come with caravan mover but you do get power leads. I modified my leads to hook up with the caravan battery, very easy to do. I also have used my small gel battery from my golf cart, direct fit. The only problem I have found is that on my caravan the jockey wheel is mounted so far back i had to adjust the angle of the operating handle so it would clear the tow ball and handbrake, also easy to do. The power unit is brilliant and very powerful, can't fault it for power. Easily moves my fully loaded single axle caravan on uneven ground. If you modify the accessories to suit your needs these movers are great value.

No it did not come with very much in the way of diagrams at all. Luckily, we have a mechanic who did not need them

Can it steer a twin axel caravan of approx 1500 I’d max weight

Sorry i can't really answer your question, my elldis caravan is a single axle, 2 berth. Probably no were as heavy as yours. All i can tell you is that this mover pulls my fully loaded van off my driveway on very uneven ground with ease, it is a powerful bit of kit I was surprised.had to modify the accessories to suit my van, but not to hard.
