We’ve had the older versions of this in the past, and while those were great, this latest model is on another level. The quality is outstanding, it feels really well-built and durable, clearly made to last. The design is sleek and modern.I make a coffee for my wife every morning with this mug and still warm when she gets to work. Really easy to clean too!

Beautiful, stylish finish on the cup. It fits perfectly in my car's cupholder and the rubber base stops it wiggly around and making noise. Easy to drink from, easy to clean. Keeps my tea really hot for hours. Perfect 👍

Holds a good amount of coffee and keeps it warm all day when I am out. Easy to clean and looks the part as well.Arrived well packaged and after looking on the company website seems like a solid product with good green credentials.

Dreadful. Bought on the back of the good reviews and wish I hadn’t. Firstly, it doesn’t fit all car cup holders, doesn’t fit my mini’s, wobbles all over the place because it isn’t tapered it doesn’t fit all the way in. Secondly to get anything more than a dribble out of it I had to tip it quite far but then because it’s “any angle” it just poured it out of all of the top, pouring scalding hot drink down me. I’ve managed to almost drown myself with screaming hot coffee, it’s poured it down my face and all over my clothes and desk. I guess the only redeeming thing about it is it keeps your drink really hot, I can attest to that! Sadly a waste of money, will be going back to my cheap and cheerful travel cup which doesn’t keep it as hot but at least doesn’t pour everywhere. An expensive mistake.Wanted to give an update on this: the company reached out to offer a refund or replacement very quickly, but whilst I could use it for cold drinks the fact it doesn’t fit in my cup holder means I probably wouldn’t transport it around as desired so it would probably become redundant and unused. The people who reached out were absolutely LOVELY, friendly and professional and really quick to respond. They’ve clearly put a lot of thought into the cup and I’m gutted it wasn’t for me, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t work for anybody else. And with their customer service as good as it is, if it’s not for you, you at least know they will look after you. Top notch customer care. Thank you again 😊

This is what they don't tell you (pic). The fact that you have to shake excess water out of the lid every time you open and close it, kind of puts their claims of no leaks, ever, into question. Had I of known that each and every time I used the mug I would need to shake out the excess liquid that gets caught in the lid, I'd never have bought it. But, as this wasn't made clear in the listing, I did buy it, falling for their claims. I found out the hard way when the excess water 'leaked' inside my bag, giving important letters a nice coffee stain.Design flaw aside, the mug is nice. Kept my coffee warm for a few hours, easy to use, easy to clean if you have a bottle brush. I was happy with it, until I found out what was happening in my bag. For this reason, it was returned.

Great mug if you want your tea and coffee hot all day long. But I actually use it as a water bottle and keeps my water cold for over 20hrs! I fill mine every morning before work and place inside my bag and don't have to worry about any leaks. Easy to unscrew the top lid and put in dishwasher to do a deep clean of the lid

I owe this review to my iPad as I spilt tea all over it the 1st time I used this travel mug.I bought this travel mug because of the easy to clean lid - this point is satisfactory so far. It does keep the coffee/tea hot for several hours. However there are two fundamental issues (hence took 2 stars off):1) The click to open/close has no clear indicator. It is difficult to tell the difference as it's very small.2) The round edge base added instability to the mug and made it easy to tilt.Today I came out of the car holding this mug and tried to pick up something from the ground. Tea went everywhere again as I thought the lid was closed when it was not.I think a lot of thought has been put into the design, it is a shame that it is not as practical as one expected. I will continue to see if I can get use to this mug as I am yet to find THE perfect travel mug.May 2025 Update: Seller offered full refund so great customer service. I really hope they can solve these issues in their next innovative design.
