I’ve had these now for around a month and I remain as impressed as day one. Super comfortable and good quality for a very reasonable price.We had a bit of a disaster with delivery though with the drivers being overloaded and not getting to us till 11.45pm!!! It was only as they were so lovely even in the midst of it pouring with rain, them still having another delivery to do and a long drive home that made me not complain however it really did annoy me. From other comments a this does seem to have been an exceptional view instance so don’t let that put you off. I ended up putting together myself as I wanted to let the guys get away and it was super easy.

Ordered the 2 and 3 seater recliner couches yesterday. It said the delivery date wasn't until May but I got a phone call not long after ordering it to say it will be delivered the next day. Fast forward to this morning and I get another call stating it will be delivered today by lunch time. As I was told, it arrived on time and the delivery guys put it together in less than 10 mins. Absolutely brilliant and very comfortable! Would recommend to everyone

When delivered very late at night they threw it together as quick as possible as we had paid extra for them to do this but had more deliveries to go go to! Within a month/2 the sofas started bending over to the floor, the mechanisms are so weak it is now nearly touching the door on the sides! After contacting the seller all they did was send a driver eventually when in the area to come and take a video said he would sort in a week and did not have any more contact so have had to go through Amazon to get a refund.. now awaiting money back

If you thinking of getting these sofas I would highly recommend getting them great quality materials, very sturdy, and not to hard on the pocket great value best sofas I've bought, when I ordered them, you get a call saying delivery the day after really super fast for delivery. Its definitely a 5 star company lovely guys who deliver all staff are great 👍 👌

Delivery was quick, got a miss phone call 2 days after ordering 3/2 sofas they text to say it was arriving the the following day which I confirmed brilliant.So waited in all day then at just gone 5 o'clock I thought I better text to see what time they were hopefully going to be arriving to be told that they have tried to deliver and nobody answered the door, well this wasn't true because we were in all day and then told that actually you're not down for a delivery today your on tomorrow list don't worry it's on the van you're definitely receive it which I'm pleased to say we did.We received a phone call with an approximate time that they would be delivering and they turned up fantastic but didn't realize they would be a £20 charge for putting the sofas together after taking them out of the packaging, which we were not happy about as we were not informed on Amazon or by the seller that this was their policy very misleading they handed us the receipt with a warranty wrote on it, it said please check everything is okay before the driver's leave so just as well we had decided to ask the drivers to put the sofas together otherwise if there was any issues we thought this would probably invalidate our warrant, we checked that all the mechanisms for the recliners work which one of them on the 3 seater was very stiff the the driver said that it would probably loosen within a couple of days but if it didn't to contact the seller, everything else looks goodI left it about four days before contacting Amazon to say that there was a problem with the mechanism to the 3 seater recliner that it was very stiff like it was going to break ,because it had to be forced in order to make it operate. , they sent a message to the seller next day I received an email asking me to email a video back to show them what the problem was which I did and explained it was very stiff and feels like it's going to break, got another message back next day saying please don't force it that they would have to order a new one as they were out to stock this is over a week ago and I've not heard anything since I will be given it another week before I contact them.We brought the set of sofas which are extremely comfortable and look really good . And hope they stand at the test of time . Just think Amazon needs to be aware and do something about making it clear that the items and which you buy are not put together our standard and that you have to pay the extra fee of 20 pounds.

We received our 2+3 seater material sofas today and we are very pleased with them they are so comphy and we had a brilliant service the delivery men put it all together for us I only ordered them yesterday and it said would be delivered between 16th May to 19th May about 30 mons after I ordered them I got a phone call saying they would deliver it tomorrow I was very surposed how quick they were they told us a time and they rang me to say they would be here between 12.30 and 1.30 they arrived on time I would definately recommend them so happy 😊 xx
