I've used this a few times after freezing it.To begin with It felt too cold by itself but I took the advice of the instructions:Wipe it down with a towel & i used a neck tube over my head then placed the ice cap on. It's easy to use.It definitely seemed to help my headaches.I think it had defrosted in about 45 minutes and needed refreezing but that was long enough to help, it's still cool once it starts defrosting so could be left in place and and still be of some help.I think it's good value for money & it was reasonably comfortable & didn't have an unpleasant smell which is important if you are sensitive to smells with headaches and migraines.Very useful at blocking out the light too.One time I found it too cold on my eyes as they were feeling sensitive so i moved it up so it was on my head but not my eyes.

Very good grip ont he head that helps ease the pain, as well as the gel coolness even at room temperature is very comforting during migraines

My partner suffers with headaches so thought we'd give this a try.Product feels nice and smooth, lovely against the skin. Easy to slip on and off the head, real good quality.The material itself has a cooling effect which helps relieve headache pain but does not completely eliminate them. Great for small reprieves.Overall a good product and worth the money!

My other half occasionally suffers with headaches that are difficult to shift. This cap is a game changer for her. Cooling the head, the slight pressure around the head, how it covers the eyes and ears she can switch off and get comfortable with it. Must have item.

It worked amazing but after couple of months one side of cap swollen a bit and now cap is not as effective as it used to be. No matter how long or less I put it in the fridge

Doesn’t stay cold for long but certainly helps reduce blood flow to head helping to alleviate migraine pain

Lovely pressure and stays lovely and cool - just don’t put it straight on or you’ll get brain freeze! I love it :)
