Excellent product for a very decent price.

So far so good. I am still sorting out mental acuity. One thing I did not expect is I feel I my vision was sharper ( than before I started taking it). I had been aware of some worsening vision issues but my eye Dr said I was ok.

if you're looking to add a little extra nutrients to your diet, seems to be very helpful for me. I've been using it for about a month or so give or take. but be warned its a slightly bigger capsule, so if your not use to taking bigger capsule be warned.

I like it because it contains so many individual ingredients I would normally have to purchase separately.

This supplement smells bad which affects the taste. I am on my second bottle. Have not seen any obvious results, but will continue to take it through three bottles to see if I can identify the benefit.
