Amazing headphones
I've had these headphones for over a year now and they are still amazing. I play games for hours and they are super comfortable. The performance is great with nice sound quality and pretty good noise cancelation. The cord is sturdy and doesn't break easy. If you wear them for too long it will leave a gamer dent, which can hurt but that would take wearing them for many hours multiple days on a row.

Great sound, durable, and stylish
I've had a wired pair of HyperX Cloud II's for years now and loved them. I broke my wireless gaming headphones I had (which I used for convenience), and I was scouring the internet for reviews looking for the best headset for the money as I'm sure most people want the best bang for the buck. Shockingly no websites I came across so much as mentioned the HyperX Cloud II wireless headphones. It was only by chance that I came across an ad for them. I'm very happy I did because one because these even outperform the headphones I was replacing; which is funny because the ones that broke were recommended by many review websites I looked at. With that said - there's some improvements made with the wireless version of the headphones. The ones I like most are the visual red LED ring around the mic when its muted and also the audible 2 beep or 1 beep for mute/unmute. The other thing I love and this is obvious because they're wireless.. I don't have anything hanging off my shirt with all the controls like the wired version. The sound quality is awesome with both pair which makes sense considering it's the same 53mm drivers powering both versions. The 7.1 audio isn't the absolute best in the market but I'd argue they hold their own for the price range they're in (and potentially against higher priced). It's proved very useful and accurate in games like Call of Duty which hearing where enemy footsteps/movement is can be the difference between winning and losing. Wrapping things up.. I bought these as a refurb - I haven't purchased many refurbished products but I am very impressed. Aside from it not being original packaging, I would have no idea these aren't brand new. No scratches or dings and everything that you'd get new was included. I paid 1/2 price and got an incredible product. 10/10 recommend. Final thought: the reason for 3/5 on noise cancellation is these aren't made to be that way. However they do block out a fair amount of noise from wearing them.

Really nice for the money, control not in the best position.
Comfy, very high quality audio, one of the best mics included in a headset, very sturdy, the only con is the long cable and the controls in the cable

They may not have been new, but I have been using them for over a year and they are great.

2nd pair - love these headphones!
I love these headphones. I had my first pair for 2 years before my dog raced around the front room and accidentally pulled the cord from the splitter. I browsed online to find a new pair, but came back to these. The quality of sound is great and wearing them for hours doesn't cause any pain or discomfort. There are two options for the ear pieces - I have only ever worn the memory foam. All of the accessories that come with it are great quality, I even keep the boxes that they come in for storage. My husband has had his pair for 3 years and the headphone foam is starting to come off on his. He still wears them regularly. He believes that the sound quality is not great, but I disagree. I love the feature to turn up/down the mic and sound on the connector. Makes it really easy when I'm in discord or in a game and I don't want to fuss with the settings.

Good quality sound in a comfortable form factor, lasted a year to the day
I purchased the Cloud II wireless headset on 2/24/22 to replace a Steel Series Artcis 7 wireless headset. Overall I was happy with the experience with the Cloud II headset. I wore them for long periods without experiencing any discomfort which was great. The sound quality didn't disappoint my needs for gaming and chatting with friends or using it to manage work meetings. For exactly a year the experience was great. Unfortunately I'm going to need to retire and replace the Cloud II headset as the hardware mute button onboard has stopped functioning. The device worked well until the mute button stopped working mid-session on 2/24/23. It worked one moment, and has not since. I wouldn't say that the malfunction taints my overall impression of the product as I may consider another as a replacement, but it does make me concerned in the overall build quality and is definitely influencing that decision. I would expect these to last well into their second year. Button press fatigue resulting in the loss of a major feature like the ability to hardware mute is unfortunate; hopefully others have managed to pull out a longer shelf life. For me it means I now have to purchase a new headset.
