Great value and a snug fit on my terminals, tight but not too difficult to push on.
Great value and a snug fit on my terminals, tight but not too difficult to push on. Great to have several sizes in order to find the one that fits the tightest for a better crimp.

Get connected
These are not the best quality of connectors but if the connection isn't one that has to constantly connected and disconnected, these fullfill there desired purpose. A good assortment of the more popular sizes.

What you get what you pay for...
From a quality perspective these aren't great.Don't get me wrong. There are people who would get great use out of this kit. People consistently working on low voltage electronics would love these. They're cheap, large quantity, every kind, and it all comes in a nice box. I absolutely won't attack this set on price. It's a great value. For me, this set is unfortunately going back. They are incredibly thin, and if I'm going to buy a large kit of electrical connectors it needs to be versatile and therefore, much more robust.I was trying to repair a cord on a Makita power tool; you know how the cord loves to self-destruct right where it comes out of the tool? I didn't have any red ring connectors handy, so figured I would just buy a big kit to save having the same problem another time. When these arrived I was disappointed to find the metal in these connectors is about 40% as thick as what I was replacing. I ended up grabbing what the local hardware store had instead, which STILL isn't close to the quality of the original factory connectors. See photo for a comparison. That's a complete non-starter for me. I've seen numerous fire hazards occur over the years because of overheated crimp connectors—arcing, smoke, charred insulation, etc. This is a 6 amp power tool. It needs quality electrical parts.Based on scratch testing, I'm pretty sure both the original connector and the GB connector from the hardware store are tin plated copper. And I'm pretty sure these Gorffy connectors are NOT tin plated copper. They may be plated brass. For my purposes, I need a kit with nice thick high quality connectors, because I never know what I'm going to be working on.So ... 4 stars for value, but I wouldn't buy this unless you know it suits your purposes.
