i'm sure it's great for my health. however, the gummy had an unexpected chalky exterior and was very chewy. it may have seemed very chewy because i was working through the chalkiness.i was disappointed because i'm a fan of this brand's vitamin c gummy.

Not a fan of any gummy with so much sugar, but I'm not a 20 year old tester not used to suffering through a low sugar treat for 180 seconds. Still, this is the best calcium gummy I've ever found. I'm tempted to stop taking the chelated supp that I take every day in favor of this sugary chew I take on occasion because it noticeably works at replacing calcium and Vitamin D (not K, though). As I'm one of those swiss cheese bone people, I need to take calcium that works--that's the most important part.This gummy doesn't taste as sugary, but as with all gummies of that type, they coat it in sugar granules for the kiddies. I wish they'd leave that off, it's very messy--sugar granules everywhere, because I wipe off as much as I possibly can.

This is the worst tasting vitamin I’ve ever had. I won’t be able to take more of them. It also left a horrible aftertaste in my mouth. I tried to call the company to get a refund and it’s always busy. Don’t order!

Because I don't have the opportunity to get outside daily, I chew these delicious calcium gummies. They are too large to swallow whole in my estimation, but they are not really make for that. With Vitamin D they help me to look after my overall health.
