I wasn’t sure what to expect with this posture corrector, but I’m honestly so glad I gave it a try! I spend a lot of time sitting at a desk or on my phone, and this has really helped me become more aware of my posture and straighten up without feeling stiff or restricted.It’s lightweight, easy to adjust, and actually comfortable enough to wear under clothes. This invisible posture corrector from Fit Geno is really great! I always have my shoulders slumped forward and my back is a little hunched because I work long hours at a desk job. This corrector is lightweight and made of breathable material, it's not stuffy at all, and it's really invisible, so you can't see it at all when you wear it under your close-fitting clothes. When I put it on, I can obviously feel it gently pulling my shoulders backward, reminding me to straighten my back. After wearing it for more than a week, I feel that my shoulders have relaxed a lot and my back is not as sore as before. I hope that wearing it for a long time will completely improve my physique!

I picked it because cost for value seemed right. So far so good. Some people wrote that it was too tight around the shoulders but it gets too tight only if you don’t straighten your shoulders. I like that it lets you know every time you have rounded shoulders, once I straighten up it’s no longer too tight. Wearing it while driving is a great challenge if you really want to train yourself to be up and straight.

The material is stretchy and can accommodate different shoulder widths. The fit is snug, doesn't slide around and provides constant support. The invisibility effect really does the job too, and I have no problem wearing it with more flattering clothes. It's not one of those hard orthotics, but rather a clever support structure to guide the body back to correct posture.

I only gave this 4 stars because of where the straps dig in at the point they start to go under my arm. Also, being a bigger person, while it goes on easily enough and fits okay, I find it hard to get it back off. I have only had it a few days but it already does help my back as I sit and it offers good support. I have not tried it at work where I stand and move more and I am not sure I will do so as it digs into my arms in the front where the straps sit no matter how I try and adjust it. The shoulder strap part and the rest of it is fairly comfortable, even after wearing 3 hours. That is as long as I can wear it right not because of the way the straps dig into my arms right where they start to go under. I think it would be perfect for me if I could adjust that strap to be just a smidge longer or since I am a bigger person, if it was a true XXL instead of an XL/XXL which tend to run that little bit smaller than items that run XL and XXL as separate sizes.

Easy to adjust to the brace as soon as I put it on the first time. The shoulder and back adjustments are simple to get used to. It has made a big difference in keeping my back from hurting even only wearing it a couple hours a day 2-3 hours a week. Like how you can wear it under most clothing without it being seen.

I’m disabled and sit a lot. When I do -I tend to be hunched over looking at phone/ tablet. Mytrapezius muscles are not back and down, causing neck strain. I have arthritis in my neck. Since wearing this the crinkly/ snapping has almost gone. I purchased a full back supporter and getting it on is a major pain in the A$$. This one has is much easier to get on and relatively comfortable. This pulls your shoulders back with elastic compression. I have really broad shoulders and the shoulder straps dig on the top of my armpits. If I wear it outside my shirt it stops the discomfort. I bought crop top compression shirts to wear under it before putting brace on. Now I can wear out of the house all day without anyone noticing. It’s a little hot when I have them all on, but the relief is better!

Ok, so I’m only giving this 4 stars because of the comfort. It’s a little snug under the armpits and rubs quite a bit but could be my fault. It was my first day of wearing it, so I may have adjusted it wrong but boy let me tell you… I have been dealing with neck and upper back pain for WEEK… maybe even months now, and day one with it and I felt SO much better. My neck felt almost instant relief. I would highly recommend this for anyone that deals with this pain. I sit in a truck all day so I’m most likely more hunched than I realize and this support brace was a god send!!!
