The recliner is wonderful. The heat is great on my bad back. It is beautiful and very comfortable. I love my new chair. It was easy to put together!!!!!!!

I just received my 2 chairs a week early it was a little hard to get the back on but after a little bit of wiggling it went in. My daughter and I love it but not really for someone who is tall it is a great value for your money the heat level is good it's built well

Super comfortable!! I originally purchased this chair for my mom who has issues with balance and her knee. The swivel is very loose and there is no brake. This coupled with the lack of lever function made it impossible for her to use, so consider who will be using the chair. That said, I brought it to my home and love it! The heat feature is comforting without being overwhelming. The extention/recline is perfect. The massage feature is just OK, its loud and a little hard to adjust the zones. Not the best remote, its not lit and a little hard to read. Very easy to assemble in minutes. To sum it up great chair, not a wise choice for the elderly.

It is a perfect size for someone that is short. My mom is 5'4 and it is perfect for her. I'm 5'1 and I am comfortable sitting in it as well. It is built well for an adult but rambunctious kids would break it if they started jumping or wrestling around in it and tipping it over. Might be the first time might be the hundredth but it will break. The faux leather is thin so dog or cat claws are not a good match unless they've been trained not to get on the furniture. Assembly took about 30 minutes total. All on all, I believe it was worth the price I paid.

The chair was relatively easy to put together. I only glanced at instructions once. The cords were color coded. Nice.The chair is very firm and does not allow me to sink into it, but rather, sit on it. Which, honestly, is probably better for my back.The heat works, but it takes about 15 minutes before you feel anything. The vibrations are a little disappointing. The low vibration feels like nothing. I can't imagine every needing that setting. The high setting is slightly better, but have the intensity on high and mode on normal, and it's even better. So that's the only mode I'll use.The arm rests are a little low. But so far that's my only complaint.Chair arrived 2 days earlyVery happy

It tips over very easily when reclined. Not that stable upright either. Other than that, it was easy put together and seems well made.

Chair is a nice size and comfortable!! The massage isn’t really massaging it just feels like the chair is vibrating and the heat doesn’t really work. It was also damaged a little on the arm. Not entirely happy with the chair.
