This crisp, medium-bodied white white with it's citrus and tropical fruit notes makes an ideal accompaniment to chicken, pork and pasta dishes. This kit includes grape juice concentrate, wine yeast, nutrafine, stabiliser & finings - all you need to add is water and sugar to produce outstanding results. This kit is designed to make 6 bottles of crisp Chardonnay wine with an ABV of 11.5% - 12% that will ready to drink in 3 to 4 weeks and will improve further with keeping.
