Macros: amazing. 150cal for 28g protein is a great ratio, almost 10:2 cal:protein. Most bars are 10:1. I have no way of verifying that the macros are true so I'm having to trust, here. Taste: not bad! There's protein bars that have 200cal with 20g protein that taste way worse than this one. *Very* pleased here as I expected a big sacrifice on taste to reach these macros. Price: $3.25 per bar is a big ask, even with these great macros. For that I want to remove two stars, but I'll just remove one because paying a premium for a unique bar like this is expected. Digestion: my "gases" have been particularly stinky. No stomach pain or strange stool or anything like that, though. Misc: the bar is a little "oily" so if you're eating these on-the-go, I recommend you keep a napkin handy for your fingers or just hold the bar with the wrapper. Not really an issue for me but FYI.

Very delicious and you can’t beat the high protein and low cals! Delicious and I love the chewy texture. Only downside is that they contain AceK sweetener and Suclarose both of which are high risk additives that are known to cause cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and chronic inflammation of the digestive tract. Something every consumer should know and be aware of. That’s why this gets 4 stars out of five. Maybe they can make a version without these and we would be good.

Beware ordering them from Amazon. I noticed the box looked a little beat up before finally noticing my order for 12 fudge brownie david bars only had 11. These bars are way too expensive to let that slide. 😂

Excellent product, but a bit pricey

This has been my go-to for a quick protein snack. The lower calorie bar is helpful to remain in a calorie deficit. I like the crispy crunch that is hidden within these.
