Q: What is the serving opening for the 36" x 36"?

It depends on if you have screen enclosure or just an open window, open window is 36 x 36 Our has 4 small screen enclosures and only 2 open at a time. So we have about 2' of opening

We didn't remove ours, the opening was adaquate for us. Maybe look at the way it's constructed

no, there's no room for glass, you would be better off buying a window with glass in it to save yourself some money.

Q: On 60x36 is open two side or 1 side in the midlle only?

I haven't opened the box yet but it's a huge window
