Hydration tabs, etc., are necessary evil. I only found the lemon and lime tablets palatable in the past, but carrying a tube, or trying to keep a few in zip lock bags just never particularly worked for me, so these sachets are way better, as can carry enough for the day easily. Lemon was sweeter than I expected, but at same time, hid the salt taste. I'd probably prefer less sweet and more citrusy, but still, didn't put me off drinking and keeping hydrated when I needed it.

This is the best tasting electrolyte I've tried so far. It mixes well with water.

I've had very poor experiences with pretty undrinkable powder sachets in the past. These hit the spot - especially in those hot summer months and on longer runs. It's certainly not the most delicious thing you'll ever drink and it's definitely enjoyed best cold!
