One of my favorite product. I don't usualy takes pills and suplement and tried this to study for my PhD and at 45 years old I needed soem boost. So this really is an interesting booster.

This product seems to work well for my wife who has depression but this has helped to boost her mood, so would recommend that you give it a try for yourself, if struggling with mood issues.

I think this product does make for a slightly better sleep. I did wake after four hours and wonder if the efficacy was limited to this time but it did seem to help a little.

If you feel like you need an energy boost prior to an important event and you have faith they'll work for you, they may boost your preparedness and make you feel energised in a way that only the mild stimulant of a caffeine high can. Though I'd say self-awareness and a constant striving for personal growth could be a truly sustainable way ahead that'll see you through any amount of challenging situations. Laughter also helps - but then I'm probably old school.Neubria Charge is in recyclable packaging which includes a glass container. The packaging's unlikely to harm the planet and the product's unlikely to harm you. It's not that cheap though - so hopefully a single purchase will let you see whether it's useful to you.
