I tried each and they have similar effects, with caffeine and l-theanine as the heavy lifting ingredients, but with additional, researched backed ingredients which would lead me to believe they should have slightly different effects. For example, NAC in the energy version or Saffron extract in the confidence version. I think there is slight variation to the effects, but I have to say the energy and confidence versions have definitely helped me with my workload this week.Standout Features: the packets are convenient so you don't need to find your own mix of supplements or deal with a bunch of bottles which could be a barrier to the consistency required to see the benefits of nootropic ingredients.Final Thoughts: overall this makes for a good (though premium/expensive) sampler for their nootropic offerings and might be good as a gift to yourself or a loved one who is looking to improve their work or focus in various aspects. I've seen advertisements for these products and really wanted to like them. However, I don't really see the appeal, especially for the price point. There are four different supplement types that are marketed for different purposes. For instance, the "clarity" supplement is designed for supporting a "calm, focused flow" whereas the "energy" supplement is recommended for busy days/workouts. Some of the ingredients seem resonable for the intended goals, although I really disliked that ALL supplements have 100mg of caffeine added to them. Seems like an unnecessary ingredient and could be problematic for those who are sensitive to caffeine. I will say, I did enjoy the blend of ingredients and effects of the logic and clarity variations, but the price point is still far too high for what you get. Each supplement type only comes with 6 packs, and the packaging is quite wasteful. The company and their general idea is interesting but I think there are cheaper and more effective ways of achieving these types of effects. I do appreciate that the company claims to do third-party testing though. Far too many companies do not rigorously assess the quality of their products.

Thesis makes for a great boost to push you into the right flow that you need for the day. I especially like to take energy or clarity right when I have an energy dip after lunch - they really help pick me up and avoid wasting time. The packets are easy to carry around and take while you’re on the go. Big fan!

Did absolutely nothing!

This product is great. I was a bit skeptical, but the Clarity blend actually helped me focus a lot. By the middle of the day it just felt like I was more zoned in and in a groove, in a way I haven’t felt in a long time. Made me very productive. Haven’t tried the other blends yet, but would highly recommend! I didn’t feel any negative side effects.

Given the high cost of these supplements I had higher expectations. I tried each one for a week, tried to really compare to the previous day or anything, see if I felt even 1% difference... but nothing except a little bit of boost of energy one with the yellow one (energy one).So only 1 out of the products made any difference at all, and even then it was fairly muted difference.The other 3 products had no discernible effect, and given the high cost I can only give it 2 stars for the one working sample. Additionally there is a lot of waste with additional plastic bags and cardboard boxes.Each serving is multiple pills 3-4 pills depending on the package.Overall I cannot recommend this set. It seems well marketed, high quality packaging and branding, but without any effects...
