Unpacking was easy and the little bags with bolts, washers, etc. are numbered to coordinate with the steps in the instruction booklet.Looking at the schematic can make you nervous until you realize that most of it is already assembled. I used to build model airplanes as a kid, so being in the house because of the Corona virus gave me a flashback to my youth.It took about 2 hours (with a short break for lunch). Only needed my wife's help assembling 1 step, and only to hold the piece straight for me. The tools they provide are OK, but I used my own and I think it went a little faster because of that.I assembled it, adjusted the seat back to accommodate my length (I'm 6'1") and started pedaling.The computer tracked the miles, speed, calories, (?) pulse, time & total distance! It also shuts itself off after 4 minutes!!My test trip on it was about 5 miles in about 20 minutes. Same rate as I do at my gym, (which is closed, and who knows when it's going to open.)Given my age, (78) and the fact that I use my gym for my cardio exercise, the recumbent bike there may have seen the last of me! I stretch and ride the bike, period. Probably will quit and save the money.FIVE stars, but I would give it SIX if I could!By the way, I don't work for the company, I'm just a very satisfied customer!HB

I read a lot of reviews before settling on this bike and I worried about durability and lack of resistance needlessly. This bike seems durable and I already tried the levels of resistance and I am more than satisfied. I am a woman and assembled it without any help, so I think it is easy to do. At 5' 2" I can adjust it to my comfort and easily reach the pedals. No problems there. I am still figuring the computer out, but that is only because I have not read the instructions yet. One thing I found (this is my first bike, so forgive me if this is a common feature) is that if I do not reset it, it adds up all of the exercises, which is a very nice feature. In the gym they clear as soon as you get off the bike, so you cannot take a short break and continue. I am very happy with my purchase. Added on 2-16-20: Still very happy after more than a year.

We have just received this bicycle a few days ago and have just started using it. First impressions are very good. We would have given it 5 stars except for a couple of miner problems.Pros.The bicycle came well packed with good assembly step by step instructions. The parts needed for each step being packaged separately, which we found to be a big help. The overall appearance of the bike after assembly looked good and strong. The noise level when peddling is low and the peddle rotation is smooth. We like the 8 peddle tension adjustment and our preferred tension is number 4 right in the middle of the range. The digital display is easy to read and manipulate.Cons.The seat needs a little more padding. It gets uncomfortable after 15 minutes. The arm rests are too short for comfort, an extra 4" would be better. The bolts holding the seat on were too short. Another 2mm or 3mm bolt length would have helped. In order to get the seat bolts in I had to use a large clamp to compress the seat, to get the bolts to fasten.It took 2hours and 45mins to assemble the bike. It would have been 2 hours 30mins had it not been for a damaged horizontal foot bracket. I had to use a large "c" clamp to force open the foot support. I assume the damage had been done at the factory.

Great bike. Super easy to put together. Adjustable seat works for me 6' and my wife 5'. Very quiet. It came a week early. We've put 120 miles on it with no problems. The seat is not that comfy but I just ordered a pad that will hopefully fix that.

I got this bike when my gym closed down. It came quickly. I have bad knees and need to move my knees using a stationary bike. It was easy to put together. It works great and I would highly recommend it. I am so glad I have it.

The price is right for the quality of the bike I suppose. It's quite uncomfortable to use if you have back problems at all. There's something about the say the seat is configured that is just not comfortable (the angle) - and you cannot adjust the angle. Next time before I buy a product like this, I will try it in a store first. I paid the Amazon contractor to assemble it for me and that was worth every penny!

When it first arrived, it was very quiet which was why I selected it. After using it for several weeks, it has become very noisy. I would not buy it again if I could do it over. I guess you get what you pay forJune 12, 2020 update: the grinding noises it now makes after 2 months of daily use are intolerable. The resistance control stopped working too. Do NOT buy this bikeJune 26 update: customer service is also poor. No satisfaction from them yet. DO NOT BUY!

This is a great product for the price. Assembly was very easy and loved that the parts were separated into individual bags and labeled step by step. It is very quiet and appears well built and pretty sturdy. Have ridden over 200 miles so far and love the product. Hopefully it will last for awhile. Very happy with the purchase. Front wheels make it easy to move around.
