I purchase this because my friend recommended it. My lower back pain started about one year ago and I tried everything I could to reduce the pain. After COVID, I spend more time sitting on chair for work at home. I am using it on my desk chair and table chair. It’s very light, so it is easy to move around with me. It’s not comfortable at first, since my posture was bad. But, it helps me to correct my posture the more i’m using it. I didn’t notice the benefits for a few days. But, after 2 weeks, I see the difference when I am using it for long period of time. I feel much less fatigue on my back after sitting on it for a few hours. I definitely recommend this for anyone had lower back pain while working on chair relatively for long time. I liked gray color because it goes well with other chairs and table.
