Wasn’t sure at first but thought I’d give them a go, turns out they work a treat!. Pulled it in the gym (mines on the inside, golfers elbow) and it was agony doing normal things. Being a gym addict I thought I had to get back to the gym somehow even if not to train that specific body part and these Velcro straps help, once you work out where to place them for maximum effect, they don’t allow the muscle/tendon to bulge and allow you to train again, not entirely pain free at times but it helps scratch the training itch.

Slightly softer pad on the inside than some others I've tried - so more able to tolerate, definitely supports my arm when my pain is high.Well made item and good value for money. Very happy to have found it amidst so many options out there. Thank you and 10/10

The padding does help with symptoms of golf elbow; but it is difficult to make tight enough with the length of strap.

I would say it doe help when it is on but does leave a burn mark if kept on for longer periods of time.

This has really helped. Pain in tennis elbow was greatly reduced. I usually play badminton one night a week and have considerable pain for the next few days, however, I wore this and my arm felt much better and there was no discomfort in the following days. Amazed at the difference it’s made.

I picked up an injury from martial arts one evening session. I was gripping and grappling with the Gi.Waking up the next morning, I felt pain on the inner elbow and i self diagnosed myself with golfers elbow after reading up online. I couldn't fully extend my arm or hold the top button of my shirt to do it up. In agony!Long story short, I used an old elbow sleeve and that didn't work. After a day of pain and limited mobility winding me up I ordered these bands.Thank you prime!I didn't think they'd work but with thousands of reviews saying positive things. How can something this simple, work?Bloody hell, they did.o 75% pain down.o 60% increased mobility.This is a lot more than I expected. I genuinely couldn't believe it. They work well for everyday life but under conditions in the gym is yet to be tested out.Hopefully they work as sitting out waiting to recover is such a mental challenge.At £10, it's a bloody good purchase.
