I so appreciate this paint and the seller who quickly put my concerns at ease as I looked at the can and it has a swatch of the color on it and it looks yellow. But seller responded asap and assured me no yellow. Seller was correct and I used this today and it is a lovely white! Yay!!! Oh and great packaging too! FRENCH LINEN-used mixed with 2 parts paint plus 1 part water to distress my beadboard over gray. Looks great!

This rating is only for the seller. Not the paintI am all for recycling and reusing packing materials but this was a but much... everyone knows Styrofoam gets everywhere and these little balls, and broken up pieces were everywhere no matter how hard I tried to take it out gently. When I unwrapped my cans they were dented and not a tiny dent severely dented! My box was bulging when I got it. There should have been room for the cans to move slightly so that any jostling, the cans would of had room to move a bit. Or a box on top, would of gave the cane's room. But instead it was so tightly packed that there was no room for the packing material to go, but into the cans. I'm lucky that the locks on one of the cans that they didn't explode the other can didnt even have locks on it.Thankfully they didn't explode, I desperately needed this for an urgent project. So I have no choice but to keep them, but I'm sure their will be rusting in the future.However I give Annie Sloan's paint 5 stars!! Best chalk paint on the market! I will never use any other paint! Drys fast and holds up extremely well! I have some pieces that are well over 7 years old and look as good as the day I painted them! The colors are vibrant and beautiful!But look for a different seller, better if you can find a local shop!

The paint was packaged very well but one of the cans was dented. I suspect that it was dented before being shipped.

Annie Sloan chalk paint is fabulous! It is so easy to use. No sanding. Just apply, then buff with the Annie Sloan wax. You can use your own creativity to combine colors and techniques. I have refinished a hutch/buffet, curio cabinet, book shelf, dining table and chairs.

I like Annie Sloan Original white for a soft white chalk paint. Never disappoints. Arrived on time.Very Happy!

Paint quality is excellent and easy to apply. Cleaning the brush afterwards is a doddle. Price a little high.

Really like Dovetails Vintage as a company - paint came with a personal message, a personal stencil and 4 helpful Fact Sheets for the application of Chalk Paint, Wax, Pearlescent Glaze and Metal Leaf. Paint also came with a small pot of another paint as a tester pot. Really well presented and will definitely use this company again.

Great product and can be diluted and also mixed to change colours.A brilliant paint for furniture.

Pleasant to work with. No smell and brushes clean easily enough. Don’t expect perfect coverage, after two coats can still see brush strokes but kinda works for a more rustic, old-fashioned look. Doesn’t require primer which is an advantage. Needs finishing with wax so not an easy option if you’re looking for a quick fix.
