Saves my life
This little extension tool helps a lot for my recently developed sinus infection. Rinsing the nose with a solution has never been easier. It provides the right amount of flow and direction to where I need the solution to reach. It's effective compared to the regular rinsing. The flow in my case is the base didn't fit precisely my model of oral irrigator - I cut off the bottom part to the needed length and it works perfectly. Buy if you struggle with sinuses.

Excellent Product
This is a very well made nasal irrigator for a WaterPik system. It works as described, in fact, I would say it works even better. I have tried other nasal irrigators in the past with limited luck, this one is perfect for my needs. I recently had nasal surgery and need to irrigate daily.Update: after the product is marked as no longer able to be returned, it just stopped working completely! so now I have a unit I can't use

Does not fit.
This pick was advertised as fitting the Water Pik I have, but it does not. It will go in, but wobbles around while attempting to use it.

Not great, but better than nothing.
I bought these to replace the broken head on my waterpik waterflosser. The heads snap on easily... but they also snap off easily. When I use the flosser (especially on higher settings) the replacement heads get projected off of the device. I end up having to hold them in place with two fingers while I try to maneuver the device with the other hand. It’s inconvenient and makes water flossing a bit of a chore compared to when I was using it with the original heads. I will not buy these again.

Not sure if I got the right kind or not. But I have to push them in hard to get them to hook in. They look the same as the ones I have but just harder to hook up

These arrived in a timely manner.
I only use these for stirring the solution I use in my waterpik. It works great. The original one was getting stained.
