I’ve been taking these for a while now and I’m pleasantly surprised. I originally bought them after reading up on tocotrienols and GG (never heard of either before!), they’re supposed to help with things like heart health, CoQ10 levels, and general aging. I’m in my 60s and figured it was worth a try.The softgels are easy enough to swallow, no odd aftertaste, and I haven’t had any issues with digestion. What I have noticed is that I feel a bit more energetic, especially in the mornings – less sluggish and more ready to get on with the day.
