Absolutely love it’s great for lactating moms who to up the fat in their milk! I was struggling to produce fats for my son and within that same day of taking it I pumped and saw a major increase of fat in the milk after it chilled!

Bought this supplement to try and increase my milk supply. I fell victim to TikTok because I didn’t see an increase at all. Now I’m stuck with a three month supply. I’m sure it’s a good supplement, just didn’t work for me.

I took four with dinner. I work past midnight and I noticed a pep in my step for sure. I may need to give it a few days for my stomach to adjust to these. So I'd say take them after work to assess tolerance.I was taking a cheaper brand that only had 500mg and their serving was 1 capsule. I think I was taking three and hadn't noticed much. But I saw these and they have ox bile so I decided to try them out. Way higher dosage and so to me they're a good deal.I think I've found a winner. I took the first dose with a meal and was running for the bathroom. Few hours later after another meal before work, I got to work and had to run to the bathroom once. So I think my system is adjusting to the ox bile maybe. My urine was also a brownish color and the only thing I changed was adding this. So for me it may have a few days adjustment period and after the first dose I notice a pep in my step. And I can still sleep after work.Had 75 mg of caffeine around 2:30 pm and took these around 5 and was still feeling peppy when work was over at 1:30 am.
