PCOS MUST HAVE
Will def buy again. It’s tasteless and i usually add it to my detox tea or matcha latte. Its effectiveness is good but will take about 2 months or so to regulate. I have better energy levels because i take other supplements for PCOS. My hair has grown overall. Sleep is good too especially when consistent and working out. Health benefits for PCOS are good. Great price for quality too.

It does not taste. The size is great for the value. No negative affect on my stomach. Easy for me to mix with my morning protein shake so easy to take. Not sure on the strength or effectiveness yet. I’m still on week 1. So I will have to come back and update you if I notice a difference in my pms symptoms.

The media could not be loaded. I was taking a different brand but this is a lower cost option that is the same compound ingredients. I am very glad I found this product! It’s easy to swallow mixed with water (doesn’t taste like anything)! Great quality product!
