Callaway Pro Caddie Ball Shagger or Feeder, Black

Dont hesitate. this is a fantastic piece of kit. I had to do a little shaving of the plastic on the inside of the press lever, but it's great. drops one ball at a time and its great for collecting balls. really sturdy construction. and for the price compared to other shag bags etc this is great value.

Good quality and so much better than collecting with a bucket! Great for practicing chipping in the garden

For the price, it's ok. After loading, the screw holding together the two halves of the moulded casing, at the loading aperture, fell out. I replaced it with another longer one (couldn't be bothered to return the whole thing), even then the two halves at this pint don't look as though they are snapping together. As I assume they need to. The whole seam running along the base of the body looks like a glued repair, although I don't believe it is. It works well however.

Quality item does exactly what it should

I’d been looking to find a way of feeding balls at my home Net & Mat setup. Had scouted internet and driving ranges and there was nothing available for the consumer market. Stumbled across this and ordered from the US to here in Sunny Scotland. It cane within a week and have been impressed with the design. The 2 foldaway plastic legs don’t seem to clip closed when not being used to feed balls. But not a big enough problem to stop this getting 5 stars - for fixing my problem with such a cheap and effective solution. You simply press the lever with your club or foot. Excellent product. Feeds a ball at a time onto the green, by just gently tapping the small lever with your club, and afterwards easy to collect them all- just stand over the ball, and without bending, push the collecting nozzle over the ball and small “arms” inside , pick up the ball, and pushes it onto the collection compartment above it- the arms then lock with the weight of the collected balls, so none roll out again, until that small lever is tapped. It can get slightly heavy after 30 balls! I’ve 30 balls and all fitted in. Would be nice if there were some wheels added in future,to tag it along to the next ball. Great product for the impatient or lazy or bad back player.

The caddie is unstable on the ground and I am better off using a bucket full of balls. It did not make life any easier.

I love this ball shagger and caddie. It makes me feel like I’m at TopGolf! I have been using it for several months and it has held up well. The only thing close to negative I can say is that I had to add a little petroleum jelly to the sides where the lever dispenser rubs against the tube. It does hold 35 balls but I found it is perfectly efficient if I only use 33 balls. It shags easily and dispenses easily. It really perfects my portable practice range. For me, it was well worth the extra $10-20 compared to traditional shaggers. UPDATE! September 1, 2022 and I am still using this shagger on almost a daily basis. I have dispensed and shagged thousands of balls through this machine!

Fantastic product exactly what I expected.

Ein wirklich praktischer Helfer für das ernsthafte Üben vor allem des kurzen Spiels. Erstaunlich, dass niemand vorher auf die Idee gekommen ist. Der Ball wird einzeln vorgelegt, dazu bedarf es lediglich eines Drucks mit dem Schlägerkopf. Das funktioniert ganz hervorragend. Danach legt man zwei Bügel um und kann die Bälle einzeln aufspießen, um sie zurück in den Reeder zu füllen, ohne sich zu bücken. Es ist nicht möglich, den Feeder auf einen Schlag zu leeren, wie man es bei den bekannten Röhren macht. Vermisst habe ich das nicht.
