Very puffy and soft. Fills pillow cases well and looks great for display purposes. Too thick for my actual use - puts my neck in an awkward and painful position when I lie down. I will probably order either a thinner or smaller insert because I do like them a lot!

Even after a few weeks of daily use, they haven't flattened or become lumpy, which is a problem I've had with cheaper options in the past. Sizing was spot-on — I followed the common advice to order inserts slightly larger than my pillow covers (for example, using a 22"x22" insert for a 20"x20" cover), and it made a big difference. The pillows look much more luxurious and full this way. The fabric casing on the inserts is also well-stitched and doesn’t feel flimsy at all. They’re soft enough to lay on but still firm enough to provide good support when propped behind your back. Perfect balance. No odd smells when opening the packaging either, which was a bonus.
