Cheap product - unprofessional
Poor and flimsy product. It doesn't keep liquids warm, it's just an overpriced regular mug. I Returned the item as I was supposed to through Amazon. Then no one came to pick it up. When I followed up with Amazon and Tanova UAE about their delay, they refused to pick it up completley or refund me for their mistake. Very disappointing.
