The Holy Stone HS210T is a very capable little drone that combines both land and air modes, which makes it unique and fun to try indoors. My kids were excited to test it out, and it does deliver some enjoyable moments.Pros:-Dual land and air function is creative and entertaining.-Small and lightweight, good for indoor practice.-Battery life is acceptable at this price range (about 5–10 minutes per battery).-Comes with two batteries so you can swap them out.Cons:-The controls are very finicky and difficult to master, especially for younger kids. My 6-year-old struggled, so I would say it’s better suited for ages 9 and up.-The small plastic caps on the bottom (used when hovering for land mode) break easily and are not durable. A metal piece would have been a much better choice.-The controller feels cheap and is sometimes frustrating to pair with the drone.-The gyroscope isn’t reliable, and often needs resetting, which isn’t a simple process.-Fancy flying positions are mostly gimmicks and not very useful.-Cannot handle outdoor flight unless it’s completely calm, and even then, it feels too fragile to risk.-Motors constantly attract hair, which requires frequent cleaning.-Nearly the whole body is plastic, so durability is questionable.Overall opinion:This is a decent entry-level drone for the price, and it’s fun once you get the hang of it. However, the fragile parts, tricky controls, and reliability issues make it frustrating at times. If you’re buying it for a very young child, expect a steep learning curve. For an inexpensive introduction to drones, it works, but it leaves a lot to be desired.
