Superior customer service. Responded quickly and issued a credit for defective product and sent new scooter free of charge. Worked with Jason and he went above and beyond. Scooter is adorable.

Very good for the price
Bought for my daughter and she just loved it.Good speed, good brakes. it could have better and soft wheels, to be more soft riding. The felling is too hard.

Awesome but disappointing…
All the reviews that I read said this essentially was the best one. However this never worked for us. The build quality was great and the LEDS were amazing. It also took over 3 weeks for the return to even process. I think we got a lemon. Disappointed but others had better luck.

This is exactly as described and hold a charge for a good amount of running time. I love that they can learn by hand acceleration, making it easy and fun for them. I highly recommend this product!

Didn’t work for us
It was okay, but way too slow and felt a bit cheap and flimsy for my 5 year old. Sent it back to get something a little more sturdy. Maybe for a less adventurous 4-5 year old. But you can spent the same amount, or a little more, for a much higher quality one.
