Q: Hi, can you drink this by mixing with water? if so, how much do you mix with water? thank you

I have never tried drinking this with water so I can’t say for sure but I don’t think it would make a pleasant drink. What I would want you to know is that this is not a fruit cordial for diluting and drinking. It’s a viscous liquid made from apples, but it doesn’t smell strongly of apples and I’ve only ever used it for it’s pectin content, to add to jams which need additional pectin to set, such as raspberry jam. Hope this helps.

Yes you need it for setting fruit jams and jellies that have no acid like strawberrirs.
