So far so good! This scooter feels very well made and it goes pretty fast. It usually maxes out at 16 mph, but can push to 19 mph if your on perfectly level ground or any slight downhill. The battery seems to last a long time. I bought extra handlebars that attach on the lower part of the bar and my daughter and I ride around for 30+ minutes and usually don’t use more than 1 out of 5 battery bars. It is not super comfortable over bumps but most scooters at this price aren’t. Also, the charging port has a rubber piece that covers it when it’s not charging, but it can fall out kinda easy and it might be possible to accidentally get dust or dirt in there, so watch out for that.

Fast on speed setting. A relaxed ride on comfort mode. Good shocks. Fast charging. Good app. Has headlights for night driving. Good for the environment! I highly recommend this scooter 🛴!

I can’t say enough good about this company! I order the the second best scooter for 189. It was easy to assemble and I was impressed on the quality. I’m a big guy 6’2’ and 215 and this thing carts me at 17mph for about 15miles. After many miles and riding this lil thing back and forth to work over 14miles a day the back wheel started to make a noise. I contacted them and they got right back to me. Not only was they quick they sent me an upgrade 10in wheel scooter at absolutely no cost to me and allowed me to continue using the first one until the other scooter arrived. Can’t ask for a better company and customer service. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!

The main bar of this scooter literally broke in half one day after the return window closed (last day for return was June 9th—then broke on June 10th). It seems to be made of cheap material, basically, cheap aluminum that will dent and sever like a soda can. That’s a little drastic, but really, the metal material used is very low quality. Everything else worked well, but I can’t justify giving a higher rating based off of the fact that it completely severed while going over a less than one inch ditch while entering my driveway. If you want to take this scooter on a completely smooth surface 100% of the time, this scooter may work well for you.I’ll change my review if I’m able to get a replacement, but I’m not exactly thrilled with the quality of metal used to construct it. A couple of hundred dollars isn’t worth riding it a few times. I have regrets on not springing on something a little more expensive.

It's a cute scooter, and I LOVE the color and the size because I'm 5'4 and it's nice. But the only things are the ride is really bumpy, always makes my hands itch, and second, like I said, I like the size, but for adults, it could be better in terms of height, lastly, it says it goes up to 22 miles per hour, but it only goes 19mph. We also got one for my little brother, and his is very insecure, the head of the scooter turns all the way around, and feels weird. But overall it's nice 😍🛴

Great scooter this is my second one. They have added some upgrades which is nice the front handle bars and lock are way more secure. And the suspension is smoother. Only thing is the wheel cover on the back is vibrating on the new one. Definetly would recommend.

Easy to set up and easy to work with. Better quality than anticipated.

This is a fantastic scooter at an amazing price! I have a larger more powerful one and I needed a lighter smaller one for short trips. This scooter exceeded my expectations on every level. Its light, fast and the battery lasts a long time. I know this is not a very technical review but there you go.
