Quality ingredients and works!
I switched to this brand after a lot of research and when my old brands with lesser IU of Vit D stopped working. I get muscle cramps and bad PMS due to pcos. I don’t want to depend on the prescription pills to numb the pain as most of the times pain and weakness is because of deficiencies. My first purchase was out of desperation during my cycles since my old brand was out of stock and ever since then this has been my 3rd regular purchase. Highly recommended for proper dosage of ADK and MCT is cherry on top, since it is known for brain health and enhancing absorption.

This is nice formulation. I could have given 5 star. Product I got it just says 11.5mg. doesn't say specific parameters of vitamin's like they are showing in Amazon product pictures. How much vitamin I am getting? ..
