So I have had so many issues with cinnamon flavored nicotine gum. I used nicotine citrine to help me kick my adderall prescription, and I feel much better without prescription stimulants which make me feel agitated and hyper focused in a way that is not helpful. I will say these taste amazing, though the dominant flavor is definitely mint. The cinnamon comes in nicely as a secondary taste. For a long time I was using CVS brand cinnamon because it has serious cinnamon flavor, but the cinnamon was so strong that it caused a sensitivity in my mouth and made me sick literally. So sometimes the strongest cinnamon flavor isn’t ideal for frequent use. I suspect this is why so many brands have switched to cinnamon with mint as a more prominent flavor. Overall these work well for my cravings and help me on my journey to quit all stimulants, including gum.

Best flavor of all in my humble opinion. The flavor lasts the longest too.

Haven't had a smoke or a chew in over 4 years now. Turns out nicotine is not bad for you and actually has health benefits, look it up. Also, weirdly, I used to have to go the the dentist a lot and always had teeth problems. I don't have any of that anymore.
