Either this or the Cheribundi Tart Cherry PURE juice helps reduce stiffness and pain from working or running. It isn't a cure all, but it is better than ibuprofen for every ache and pain. Besides that, I really like the flavor of the juice. The gummies taste a little strong to me, but I got used to them, and some people love them after the first one.

These gummies deliver the benefit of 25 tart cherries without having to drink anything and only using 20 calories. Cheribundi is fairly well known for their recovery drinks and I was excited to try these gummies. They taste pretty good, not exactly like cherry but I can't detect an aftertaste or anything like that. They aren't mushy gummies either, nice and firm. I am not into the fitness scene but I like these for antioxidants and sleep, and they seem to fit the bill. I do appreciate them being non-gmo as well.
